Low poly 3D PBR real world sized city buildings that consist of eight unique parts to create your own city.. The model has a good level of detail, includes PBR 4K and 1K textures (BaseColor.png, Height.png, Curvature.png, NormalMap.png, Metallic.png, Roughness.png, Emissive.png, AmbientOcclusion.png) for bildings and 1K textures for glass (BaseColor.png, Opacity.png, Roughness.png, AmbientOcclusion.png) there are also 4K textures for Unity ( Bildings 4K resolution: AlbedoTransparency.png, AmbientOcclusion.png, Emission.png, Normal.png, SpecularSmoothness.png) and for Glass 1K resolution: (AlbedoTransparency.png, AmbientOcclusion.png, Opacity.png, SpecularSmoothness.png). There are also textures for Unreal Engine (4K for bildings: BaseColor.tga, Emissive.tga, Normal.tga, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic.tga and 1K for a glass: BaseColor.tga, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic.tga, Opacity.tga). Easy can be used in animations, games or real-time projects. The set of models was made in 3ds Max (max, obj, fbx) and rendered in marmoset toolbag 4.
